What is Restaurants in Alaska?

What does that statement signify? hmm…Food in Alaska. Well, trying to blend the art of food with the limitations and freedom of a new frontier that’s the true question. Plus! Alaskans are interesting, we come from all over and from just around the block. So how do you cater to all these people?

The contributors of RestaurantsInAlaska.com have been around Alaska for many years now. Menus come and go, restaurants come and go…one thing we found missing all of these years were the reviews. We get many, many, MANY email asking us what we think of a certain restaurant or where a good restaurant is for this occasion or for this price. In the past we have given out individual advice. While we’ll still answer relevant individual email, we decided to start a formal review process people can look over. Because blogging is over rated and usually isn’t productive or civil, let us know what you think through email.
